Late Fee and Policy​

  • After exceeding 10 minutes pass your scheduled appointment time your appointment will be canceled.

  • NO client will be accepted after those 15 minutes.

  • Your reservation fee is NON refundable/ NON transferable.

  • Your reservation fee will not be returned/ transferred.

Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy:​

  • 0 tolerance for No Call No Show. If there is no contact prior to your appointment you will no longer be able to schedule in the future.

  • ​A 24 hour notice must be received for cancellation PRIOR to your appointment in order to book any future appointments.

  • ​Your reservation fee/payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you miss your appointment, your reservation fee is forfeited.

  • Rescheduling will result in an extra fee added to appointment balance.​

Salon Policy

Reminder- 

  • NO children or extra guest allowed unless being served.

  • All appointment requires a non refundable reservation fee at the time of booking

  •  SUNDAY'S are for VIP appointments.(cannot find the time during the week book a Sunday for an extra fee) 

  • HOLIDAY SERVICE'S are VIP appointments also and must be booked with any service before or after any holiday. If those days fall on a Sunday, you must book Service, Holiday, and Sunday appointments. 

  • NO outside food or drinks unless your appointment is over 3 hours. Ex: Braids, color service, etc.

  • Arrive no more that 5 to 10 minutes before scheduled time 

  • Late arrival could result in appointment cancellations 

Sickness Guidelines

  • Please cancel your appointment if you are having ANY CONTAGIOUS like symptoms (fever, breathing issues, or dry cough) or have be around anyone with symptoms of COMMON COLD, COVID-19,  FLU, STREP THROAT ETC. 

  • Mask are NOT required at this time for appointments unless Stylist see fit.

  • If you have a fever or have been ill your appointment will be canceled immediately.

Cell Phone Policy

  • No phone up to ear while in salon chair

  • No phones or AirPods at salon bowls

  • No loud speaker conversations, music, or videos in the salon. (Please wear AirPods with music and videos and take phone calls outside)

FAQs


Do I have to pay a deposit for an APPOINTMENT?

In order for an appointment to be added to the calendar you must pay a reservation fee. This fee will go towards your appointment booked for that day. reservation fee can only be transferred once within the same month after that first reschedule if you choose not to be serviced, your reservation fee will be forfeited. Review policies above.

Are walk ins welcomed?

Walk-ins are welcomed during business hours based on availabilities.

Do you have a cell phone policy?

Yes. No phones in salon chair or at the shampoo bowls. Because the salon is set to be a relaxing time for each guest, we ask that there are no loud speaker conversations, music, or social media videos played.

Should I bring anything to my appointment?

No products or hair is needed for you to bring. If you have an appointment over 2 hours you may concern bringing a small meal/ snack.

Can i bring my children?

No, extra guest are allowed unless being served. At the moment we are not servicing any new children.

How early should i arrive to my appointment?

Arriving 5 to 10 minutes early to your appointment will ensure that you are on time. Although some appointments may run over we do our best to get you in and out in a timely fashion.
